ABSTRACT

Nowadays, human creativity can easily develop a country either in terms of dealing in buying and selling, goods in the market. where most of the goods in the market are not believed to be halal like Marshmallow. OBJECTIVE: We are creating a food snack, the Marshmallow Combination which is halal goods with fruits which avoids the concerns of the community. METHODOLOGY: 1. Put sugar (measurement) into the pan then put water (measurement) 2. Then make a gelatin solution, put 3 spoons of gelatin 3. Next, mix both the sugar solution and the gelatin solution into the mixer. 4. Then put the ingredients in the mixer, turn on the mixer and let the ingredients thicken and add the fruit solution 5. Next, when it has thickened, add oil so that it is not sticky, transfer it to a container and let it rest in a box for 4 hours 6. Finally take it out and prepare a container mixed with flour or refined sugar and ready to eat CONCLUSION: This product works is very effective for the community, and it can make the body healthy because it contains vitamins fruit and is safe to market.
