This project develops an Automated Shuttlecock Launcher to promote physical activity and enhance sports training. With 25.1% of Malaysians physically inactive and rising Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), the launcher offers six training modes: Front, Middle, Back Launch, Smashing, Footwork, and Special. Controlled via the Blynk mobile app, it enables personalized workouts, encouraging regular exercise. By integrating technology and sports, the launcher supports SDG, which ensuring healthy lives and well-being for all. This innovative approach provides an engaging solution to reduce hypertension, obesity, and inactivity, improving overall fitness and public health in Malaysia
