The problem of clean water in Indonesia has become a concerning issues. Based on The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency, Class II East Java Climatology Station in March 2024, rainfall in Buduran district, ranges from 201-300 mm. The people of Sidoarjo tend not to manage this rainfall. We offer solution namely "HARAIN", a rainwater harvesting which aims to provide emergency water supplies and encourage sustainability in MAN Sidoarjo. The tools to make "HARAIN" include a tank with a capacity of 1500 liters, PVC gutters, pipes, zeolite, gravel, fine sand, palm fiber, silica sand, charcoal filtration tools, iron supports, cement-brick foundations, and vavel. This research uses the R&D method. Rainwater filtration utilizes components like Zeolite, Gravel, Sand, and Charcoal. Despite the effectiveness, it's susceptible during heavy rain in rainy season. The solution lies in regular maintenance and increasing reservoirs. The implementation of rainwater harvesting in MAN Sidoarjo demonstrates a commitment to water management and emergency supply through filtration media.
