Mor Ming Yuan Lead International School
This project combines storytelling and creativity through the creation of a BookNook, a miniature diorama placed between books on a shelf. Inspired by the story “The Day I Went to El Dorado of the East” by Fasihah Badarudin, students listened to the book read aloud by their advisors to understand its themes and settings. After engaging discussions, the students selected a scene from the story and worked together to design and build a BookNook that brings that moment to life. This project encourages imagination, literacy, teamwork, and hands-on learning, turning a reading experience into a visual and artistic expression.
