StudentAid is an integrated learning application developed to assist students in managing their academics more efficiently through schedule management functions and automated digital note generation. The purpose of this project is to develop an application capable of managing class schedules, providing automated task reminder notifications, and converting whiteboard images into digital notes using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. The methodology employed is the Agile methodology, which involves iterative phases of planning, design, development, testing, and implementation. This study involved 15 student respondents from various programs at Kolej Vokasional Ipoh. A quantitative research method was used via questionnaire instruments, while the data obtained were analysed using descriptive statistical methods. The findings indicate a very high level of acceptance, with the majority of respondents agreeing that this application assists in time management, ensures information completeness through the OCR function, and facilitates topic understanding via AI chatbot integration. Overall, this project supports students and lecturers through easily accessible learning information and a systematic task reminder system, ultimately enhancing the quality of academic management and learning at the college.
