To eliminate facility management inefficiencies like double-booking and manual overhead, we have built an IoT-driven Smart Room Booking System. This end-to-end solution integrates an ESP32 microcontroller, touchscreen interface, and a 4-channel relay to automate room peripherals, all enclosed in a custom 3D-modeled casing together with a custom PCB. A dedicated web platform enables users to seamlessly book spaces online while granting administrators remote monitoring and control capabilities. By combining robust hardware engineering with seamless internet connectivity, this system minimizes resource waste, optimizes facility allocation, and delivers a scalable solution for modern intelligent equipment management.
