Virtual Booth

This innovation project introduces the CoolBox, a green technology-based food and beverage storage system that utilizes a thermoelectric Peltier module for cooling. Unlike conventional refrigerators that rely on refrigerants such as HFCs or CFCs, the CoolBox is designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support environmental sustainability. Its compact and portable size makes it ideal for daily and outdoor use. Test results show that the CoolBox can achieve temperatures between 8–13°C with an electrical current consumption of only 0.6 A, significantly lower than standard refrigerators. This project contributes to reducing global warming and aligns with Malaysia’s commitment to the Montreal Protocol in protecting the ozone layer.
