AFIQAH UMAIRAH BINTI FAIZAL AZLI Kolej PERMATA Insan, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia

Visual impairment and blindness are major global health challenges that significantly affect individuals and their communities. Children with visual impairments face particular difficulties in daily life and education, especially in subjects like mathematics, which can be hard to grasp due to its abstract nature. The goal was to make math more accessible and engaging for visually impaired children. The module includes three tactile games—Numerical Jumble, Pinpoint Placer, and Geo Art—designed to improve study habits and focus. These games were created using computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D printing, resulting in physical educational tools. By integrating 3D printing with Braille, the study offers a practical way to enhance math education for visually impaired children, aligning with the 10-10 MySTIE Socio-economic drivers framework.
