Hybrid nanoparticles were dispersed in a biodegradable base oil for evaluation. Five volume concentrations of the nanolubricants were prepared. Their behavior was comprehensively studied to assess their performance under Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) conditions in high-speed machining of hard-to-cut materials. The most feasible Hybrid nanoparticles was reported.
