The Workplace Heat Stress Comfort Index (WHSCI) App is a digital tool developed to evaluate and categorize heat stress levels in occupational settings, particularly within small and medium enterprises (SMEs). It functions by allowing users to input workplace conditions and receive a categorized comfort index ranging from low to very high risk. The app is designed to be user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible for all. Its primary importance lies in empowering workers and employers to recognize heat stress risks early, promote preventive actions, and enhance overall workplace safety. The WHSCI App supports data-driven decision-making in managing occupational heat exposure effectively.
