This study focuses on the production and stability evaluation of natural lipstick formulated using banana extract, beeswax, olive oil, shea butter, vitamin E oil, lemon juice, and natural pigments. The lipstick was prepared through processes including weighing, melting, mixing, moulding, and flaming. Stability and quality were assessed using pH, melting point, breaking point, surface anomalies, aging stability, and skin irritation tests. Among the formulations, formulation 3 showed the best performance with a pH of 6.44, no fungal growth, no skin irritation, and superior mechanical strength and thermal stability. The results indicate that natural ingredients can produce safe and stable lipstick products.
