Sustainability nowadays is a widely recognized concept that is applied across various industries around the globe. The tourism industry itself actively adopts this concept to promote environmental conservation, cultural preservation, and responsible resource management. In line with this approach, this project focuses on the development of a multifunctional product that combines a chopping board, decorative item, and tourism souvenir inspired by Kuantan’s local signature. The product emphasizes sustainability by utilizing recycled seashell waste collected from restaurants and embedding it in translucent resin to create unique artistic patterns. This innovation transforms discarded materials into high-value products that reflect creativity, environmental awareness, and cultural elements. In addition, this project involves collaboration with Jaman Tory as an industry partner to support the production process, share creative ideas, and enhance the commercial value of the product. The objectives of this project are to develop a premium multifunctional product, promote sustainable craft practices through the effective use of recycled shells, and evaluate consumer feedback on its effectiveness as a tourism souvenir. To achieve these objectives, qualitative approach were chosen.  Data were  includes both primary and secondary data collection. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and observations involving 172 respondents, including local communities, tourists, and students from METrO Kuantan Polytechnic. Secondary data were obtained from journals, industry reports, and related literature. Quantitative analysis was applied to interpret the collected data. The results indicate that all variables recorded high mean scores ranging from 4.12 to 4.40, showing a strong positive perception among respondents. Overall, this project highlights the importance of sustainability, innovation, and local identity while demonstrating strong potential in the tourism and creative industries.
