MUHAMMAD SYAWAL FITRI BIN MOHD NASARUDIN UNIVERSITI SELANGOR

This study explores the impact of the TerraChem Kit on enhancing STEM engagement among students and educators. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, data was collected through structured surveys combining quantitative Likert-scale responses and qualitative open-ended feedback. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS, while qualitative data were examined through thematic coding. The findings indicate that the TerraChem Kit positively influenced three key areas: STEM knowledge, attitudes, and motivation. Participants reported improved understanding of scientific concepts, especially related to pH indicators and natural compounds, along with increased curiosity and confidence in conducting scientific investigations. The kit's hands-on approach also fostered interest in exploring further STEM topics and careers. A notable aspect of the kit is its focus on accessible, eco-friendly, and inquiry-based learning, which encourages reflection and real-life application of scientific principles. Overall, the TerraChem Kit demonstrates the effectiveness of experiential learning tools in making science education more interactive, relevant, and engaging for learners. By integrating practical experiments with conceptual understanding, the kit supports deeper STEM learning and inspires future innovation.
