This experiment study were conducted to determine the workableness of charcoal powder, used cooking oil & few other substances as an alternative substitution for whiteboard marker ink.

In this process of producing erasable marker ink, the charcoal powder act as a pigment, used cooking oil served as the primary binder, the isopropyl alcohol 99% served as a solvent to reduce its viscosity and finally the gum Arabic served as an additive.

A few testing was conducted with different formulations and quantity using these raw materials until we achieved the desired consistency. Finally, once we have reached the right consistency, the marker ink were tested on a whiteboard using empty whiteboard marker cartridges. This experiment final findings shows that charcoal, used cooking oil can be used as an alternative whiteboard marker ink and its erasable.
