PASS is an innovative system designed to enable students to check their outstanding fees in real time at Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Bangi. The main objective of this system is to facilitate students in obtaining approval to sit for their examinations virtually through the Finance Department.

In addition, PASS aims to enhance accessibility and reduce the inconvenience commonly associated with traditional “chop & sign” methods on examination slips. The system ensures that information can be accessed from anywhere with just one click, making the process more efficient and user-friendly.

Currently, the reliance on manual and walk-in services has led to several challenges, including delays in processing, lack of transparency in fee status, and dependency on physical presence for verification. These issues may disrupt students’ schedules and create inefficiencies in service delivery.

By providing a user-friendly interface, PASS enables students to easily check their outstanding fees and examination eligibility. This system is expected to reduce the number of walk-in inquiries at the Finance Office, allowing staff to focus on more complex cases while improving overall service efficiency and student satisfaction.
