The rapid rise of e-commerce has revolutionized how businesses operate, yet small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia face significant challenges in competing with larger, well-established players. Many SMEs struggle with limited resources, a lack of expertise in navigating complex e-commerce platforms, and difficulty in building customer trust and loyalty. Additionally, traditional online marketplaces often lack engagement and interactivity, further hindering SMEs' ability to thrive in the digital economy.

To address these challenges, we propose SHARIN, an immersive gamified virtual marketplace designed to empower SMEs by enhancing customer engagement and trust. Inspired by the Japanese word for "wheel," SHARIN functions as a self-sustaining ecosystem, powered by a central financial hub that supports both merchants and shoppers. At its core, SHARIN leverages a hyper-personalization strategy, delivering tailored experiences to customers to drive engagement, satisfaction, and conversion rate.
