The study focuses on developing the Mangosteen Nourish Balm, a skincare product made from natural ingredients, with the objectives of treating dry skin on the feet, evaluating its effectiveness, and reducing domestic waste through the use of eco-friendly packaging. The product addresses the issue of dry skin, particularly on the feet, which is commonly experienced by various groups in society. This condition can causes discomfort and irritation, negatively affecting quality of life and self-confidence. Furthermore, the increasing use of non-environmentally friendly skincare products contributes to pollution and domestic waste disposal issues. The innovation of this product has received positive feedback from the public. The results showed that the Mangosteen Nourish Balm effectively increased skin hydration. Users reported a reduction in dry skin and discomfort, along with improved skin moisture and elasticity. Additionally, the use of eco-friendly packaging successfully reduced domestic waste.
