US360: Portable IoT Health Monitoring Device With AI Analytics

Cardiovascular diseases require proactive monitoring to prevent undetected physiological deterioration. This Capstone project introduces an IoT-based remote health system integrating ECG (arrhythmia detection), SpO2, heart rate, and temperature sensors into a compact edge device. Utilizing Firebase cloud architecture, the system performs real-time data analytics and historical trend visualization via an interactive dashboard. Crucially, automated alert mechanisms notify caregivers of threshold breaches, enabling rapid intervention. Targeted at elderly, cardiac, and rural populations, this solution bridges the gap between clinical visits and home care. It transforms reactive healthcare into a proactive, scalable, and affordable model, enhancing patient safety and quality of life.
