Cancer remains the leading cause of mortality in Malaysia, yet no locally contextualised platform exists to link multi-omics data (gene expression, mutations, and clinical outcomes) to drug response predictions. International resources such as GDSC and CancerDR are neither tailored to Malaysian patient populations nor designed for translational clinical application. Malaysia Cancer-OmicLink addresses this critical gap as the first Malaysian multi-omics knowledgebase integrating pharmacogenomic and clinical outcome data to simulate precision drug response. Using colorectal cancer as a Phase 1 proof-of-concept, multi-omics data from TCGA COAD and READ cohorts were curated, analysed, and visualised via an interactive Power BI dashboard, successfully demonstrating gene-drug-outcome prediction capability. This scalable platform empowers clinicians, researchers, and educators, establishing Malaysia's foundation for national precision oncology.
