SmartWrite: Transforming Ideas into Indexed Publications with AI Assistance empowers students, lecturers, and researchers to simplify academic writing using AI tools like ChatGPT, Qwen, Scopus AI, Consensus, Mermaid, and Napkin AI. Through hands-on workshops, participants successfully produced conceptual, review, and bibliometric papers, with many achieving publication in indexed journals such as MyCite, Scopus, WoS, and ERA. To extend support, we are developing an e-book for thesis writing and step-by-step PowerPoint guides for paper preparation. SmartWrite bridges the gap between research ideas and publication, making academic writing more accessible and helping the academic community achieve publication success with ease.
