UForce is a comprehensive, mobile-first security and patrol management system developed in-house by Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) to address an operational crisis caused by failing, costly legacy proprietary hardware. By utilizing officers' existing smartphones and a dual GPS/QR code verification mechanism, the system eliminates vendor lock-in and provides real-time oversight that was previously absent.

Since deployment, UForce has achieved a 98% reduction in patrol paperwork, slashed identity verification times from ten minutes to under five seconds, and completely eliminated recurring annual vendor fees and proprietary hardware costs. Beyond its immediate institutional impact, the platform is designed for scalability and commercialisation, with a significant projected revenue trajectory through adoption in other universities, government agencies, and the private sector.
