Anxiety, depression and other disorder exert an enormous impact on different domains of individual functioning, as well as physical health [1]. It has been found to affect more than 264 million people worldwide [2]. Many treatments are available to treat anxiety and depression disorders, including medication, exercise, meditation, and cognitive behavioral therapy. In many cases, these treatments can be tailored to a client to help reduce the symptomology of anxiety and/or depression [3]. Physical exercise is increasingly recognized as an effective intervention to improve these outcomes [4]. It can be effectively used to reduce depression and anxiety symptoms [3,4], to minimize the impact of stress [1] and to promote positive emotional wellbeing [3]. To date, the mobile applications of emerging technology in mental health promotion are focusing on breathing techniques, positive quotes & motivational, meditation techniques, and call-for-help features. None of the existing applications has integrated with physical activity as a means to reduce somatic symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Therefore, the current mobile application, Mind & Physical Exercise (MINDPHYEX) was designed objectively to include a variety of types of exercise such as endurance, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance training, stretching, and yoga exercises ranging from easy to hard exercise intensity as the main feature. The MINDPHYEX can be downloaded via the Google Play Store and App Store. It allows user to track their moods every day by rating their feelings. Based on their responses, the app suggests five different types of exercise for quick relief. Each type of exercise contains clear instructions videos, and progressive workouts. MINDPHYEX also provides progress assessments that can help users track where they are and set goals for the future. References: [1] Paolucci, E. M., Loukov, D., Bowdi
