The LAC Hub: One Click aims to revolutionise the accessibility of legal assistance to the public. The primary objective is to empower the public with a simplified, one-click solution that grants instant access to a comprehensive range of items which shall be useful from the perspective of a client. This includes, but is not limited to, contact information of UiTMLaw’s Legal Aid Clinic (LAC), its location and the areas of law covered. Our innovation involves reimagining Linktree into a dynamic and user-centric platform for legal assistance. Hence, leveraging technology to bridge the gap between legal expertise and public demand, fostering accessible and responsive legal aids to the community. This innovation presents lucrative opportunities for commercialisation in that legal entities can enhance their visibility and reach various communities. Through this, the LAC commercialises by charging for the administrative services offered however the legal consultations are offered for free. This digital transformation ensures that legal aid is not just a service but a fundamental aspect of accessible and responsive public support. It empowers individuals to navigate legal challenges promptly, fostering a more just and equitable legal system.
