JakLingko Indonesia was established on the 15th of July 2020, to manage and integrate payment systems on all public transportation in DKI Jakarta. Then in 2021, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government collaborated with private angkot owners to establish a Jaklingko transportation system to develop a more effective and orderly transportation system. However, pre-existing research still does not focus on owner satisfaction and only includes passengers and drivers satisfaction. Therefore, the main focus in this study is the satisfaction analysis of the microtrans owners of Purimas Jaya Cooperative after being integrated with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. According to the results of interviews with qualitative methods, there were three resource persons who found it difficult in the cost of maintaining angkot JakLingko. So, it can be concluded that there are certain variable needs, namely spare part costs which make JakLingko fleet owners find it difficult because of the lack of calculation from Transjakarta. Therefore, we hope that with this research, Transjakarta is willing to review the needs of JakLingko owners to be able to attract the attention of fleet owners and fleet angkot owners to be able to integrate and invest in this Jakarta microtrans program.
