English language learning is important among every learner and mastering the language is pivotal to achieve success in almost every aspect of lives. Consequently, learners need to master the language features tremendously which help them to deliver information and notions appropriately. However, ESL learners face a greater difficulty in grammar and vocabulary usage which hinder their thoughts and ideas to be wrongly interpreted by audience or readers. Hence, learning grammar and vocabulary features by applying a step-by-step guideline is needed. The aim of this paper was to identify the usefulness of Bloom’s Taxonomy Model in nurturing grammar and vocabulary aspects among ESL learners. The levels of Bloom Taxonomy Model incorporated in this study are remembering, understanding, applying, analysing, evaluating, and creating. The six levels were divided into Lower order thinking skills (LOT) and Higher-order thinking skills (HOT) while practising the grammar and vocabulary exercises. The data were collected using quantitative method. The quantitative data were analysed using the SPSS version 25. The outcomes revealed that applying the levels of Bloom Taxonomy Model improved the participants’ basic usage of grammar and vocabulary knowledge as the post-test results of grammar and vocabulary tasks were better compared to the pre-test. The outcomes of this study enable educators and policymakers to use Bloom’s Taxonomy Model while preparing the grammar and vocabulary materials according to the learners’ level. This is because improving grammar and vocabulary aspects are essential to enable learners to use English language appropriately for their study purpose, career, and daily use.
