The JPPKK Research System was developed for Unit Penyelidikan, Inovasi & Komersialan, Jabatan Pendidikan Politeknik dan Kolej Komuniti (JPPKK) to streamline and enhance their research application process. Currently, JPPKK relies on traditional methods, such as paper-based systems, which result in two important challenges: prolonged processing time due to manual exchange of forms for approval and verification, and inefficient data management. In response to this challenge, our client, has entrusted our team with the task of developing a centralized system that aims to unify all aspects of the research process into one efficient digital space. The methodology used is Agile Scrumban and PHP as the main programming language for this project. By moving to a digital platform, JPPKK expects a significant increase in the overall efficiency of their research application procedures.
