In geometrical optics, ray diagrams are very helpful for students in understanding how mirror images are formed and determine their characteristics.However, students have difficulty visualizing the mirror image formation process. Since this process is so abstract, students tend to feel bored and disheartened in understanding this process. Furthermore, a metaverse space has been developed using 'Spatial' web-base metaverse platform which user can explore and learn simultaneously.The purpose of developing of MetaRay is to virtually demonstrate ray diagram of spherical mirror interactively in a fun way.The advantage of using MetaRay is to provide an immersive and interactive virtual learning environment that crosses geographical boundaries.The target users of MetaRay are preuniversity (K12) students who enrol Physics course. MetaRay has been widely used by Kolej Matrikulasi Perak students.For future works, an evaluation segment will be included to assess the users experience while using MetaRay.
