A significant breakthrough was achieved through the formation of a consortium, uniting farmers to work collaboratively as a community. This initiative ensures fair pricing for all organic products produced, benefiting both farmers and consumers. Currently, the Nutrichè team is advancing towards owning and operating a farm, slated to become a pioneering pilot project for commercial ghee and cheese production. This endeavor marks a milestone as the first registered farm dedicated to producing ghee and cheeses. The team comprises experts in various fields including business strategy, auditing, engineering, nutrition, and farming, ensuring a comprehensive approach to sustainable agricultural practices and product development.
