Eating healthy snacking fills your body with energy and nutrients. Imagine your cells smilling back at you and saying ‘Thank You’. Snacking can get us through thick and thin our boring days by giving us an extra boost or energy. Crunching on snacks can also reduce stress and improve our mood. Regarding that matters , we had developed an innovation in snack foods which is ‘MyCrisP Snek Moringa. It is the first a nutrition snacks use Moringa leaves and organic ingredients.The idea to develop and innovate this product came out when we saw the scenario among children and students who often choose unhealthy snacks and efforts to promote the herbal plant ‘Moringa Oleifera’ found in Padang Terap district. In fact, unhealthy food choices will cause health problems at a young age. Therefore, we managed to generate this idea to produce nutritious food innovation products to help and educate consumers to choose beneficial snack foods. Kelor leaves were chosen as the main ingredient in producing this innovative product because the plant is rich in a combination of nutrients. By using Kelor leaves or its scientific name 'Moringa Oleifera' known as 'Superfood' in research .The development of snack food innovation products has successfully and we had produced 'MyCrisP ~ Moringa Snack' which is a healthy snacks to provide an opportunity to improve the quality of diet and help the customers to improve their eating snacks habits.
