The PERIODIC TABLE CARD GAME, drawing inspiration from the classic "SNAP," is designed for 2 or more participants. A standard deck comprises 30 cards, each featuring elements from the periodic table. Gameplay unfolds in a clockwise sequence starting with the player to the left of the dealer. Players flip their top card onto a central pile, maintaining a slightly overlapping, orderly stack. Vigilance is key; when a pair of consecutive cards shares a characteristic, such as matching elements and their electron configurations, players must promptly declare "Periodic Table!" The quickest to touch the central pile after such a declaration collects the cards, adding them to their own stack. If a player mistakenly calls out on non-matching cards, they penalize themselves by contributing a card to the central pile. Elimination occurs as players deplete their cards, leaving the last card-holder victorious. Speed and acute observation are essential to triumph in the PERIODIC TABLE CARD GAME.
