Industrial Revolution 4.0 and SDG 7 (clean energy) are closely related, as technological advances and innovations linked to IR 4.0 can play an important role in achieving universal access to affordable and clean energy, improving energy efficiency and promoting sustainable economic growth. Although IR 4.0 brings positive developments such as increased production and technological advancement, it also brings challenges, including social inequality and environmental degradation. Its effects continue to shape the modern world today. Despite the development of this technology, it causes various health problems that can occur if exposed to extreme heat continuously, especially heat stroke (BH Online, 2021). The negligence factor is the cause of this negligence. The objective of the study is to develop an electrical power supply system to generate a monitoring system (CCTV) in the vehicle directly to the mobile phone, develop an IoT (Internet of Things) integrated system to generate an alarm and lower the vehicle's power window and develop a book Module related to Green Technology based on the system electric power supply that has been developed. The research design for objectives one and two is based on the Innovation Development Model (MICUP) in the implementation process of project development and the third objective uses quantitative methods in the form of pre- and post-tests. The findings found that the power supply system developed combined with the IoT mobile application assistance monitoring system (Blynk) has worked very well based on field tests while the student module related to Green Technology has helped increase student awareness of the importance of clean energy based on pre- and post-tests. Overall, this study shows that the close relationship between IR 4.0 and SDG 7 can be achieved through the development of innovation and education.
