This research aims to develop an eye balm stick formula based on natural ingredients, namely cucumber skin, with the dual purpose of optimizing the formula and reducing cucumber skin waste. The development of this cosmetic product aims to assist students at Tawau Vocational College, particularly in the hospitality department, who have dark circles under their eyes, focusing on students aged 17 to 18 years. The formulation method used to produce this product involves testing of ingredients, the use of stabilizers, natural emulsifiers to achieve texture and consistency, and stability testing of the product against temperature changes and storage time to ensure product quality is maintained. In the preliminary study conducted, researchers provided the product to 3 testimonials after 2 months of use to observe results and feedback, and obtained data from questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents, which were collected and analyzed using Microsoft Excel.
