The main objective of this 'Modul Bahasa Tamil Komunikatif' Innovation is to help individuals who are not native speakers to learn to speak Tamil easily. Speaking in a non-native language is a complicated problem to master in a short time. Aspiring speakers conversing in a language other than the original language need to hear the pronunciation of that language so able to chat correctly and efficiently. Speakers who want to learn a language that is not their native language often do not have the opportunity to speak or listen to the languages they want to learn. The books that are available to teach an individual to learn a certain way to speak the Tamil language, are usually published in written form only. The speaker can’t hear the pronunciation of the language to be learned. Therefore, the development of this module that uses QR codes that contain spoken Tamil pronunciation audio will help individuals who want to learn spoken Tamil easily achieve their goal. This module contains 400 simple language phrases Tamil is often used in everyday conversation. The use of this module can make it easier and accelerate the learning process of spoken Tamil by a non-native individual. Individuals can use this module for self-learning spoken Tamil The pilot test was conducted among 23 Asas Bahasa Tamil Komunikas {PBTK1082} course students at the Malaysian Institute of Teacher Education, Ipoh Campus for 3 weeks to see the effectiveness of this module in helping learning in spoken Tamil by non-native speakers. Research data collected through interviews and observations as well as test scores show that this module is very effective in the process of learning Tamil language communication. This module will be used by the Sabah Indian Association to teach the mixed-race population that is no longer speaking Tamil in their daily communication after the effectiveness of this module is tested.
